You have more pep and also you feel like you can take the world. You are looking great Megan! I too gained about 30 pounds after having my first 2 kids, it took me forever to lose it and when I finally lost it all, we found out I was expecting our third child.
Well done you look great. Megan, I noticed your new profile picture. Wondered what the purpose was, now I know. You are so smart to betaking it off now while you are young. I feel inspired. I try not to celebrate with food. I have about 50 pounds to lose ao I better get busy. My dog really needs to be walked so she can lose weight so I am trying to get motivated by that. I started doing a Nutritional cleansing and Replenishing 30 day program. I am sleeping alot better, cravings for caffeine, sugar has stopped. I started September 15 and have lost 10 lbs and 10 inches. I have alot of energy. It is easy to do. It is healthy. Congrats Megan on your weight loss.
My doctor was ready to put me on insulin because my blood sugar would not come down. The very first week I able to drop my sugar 65 points , and now in the 7th week my sugars are in the normal range. Something I have not seen in a few yearss. I still have a ways to go, but I actually see myself reaching my goal. As for the prize I think you should both treat each other to a girls day out together.
Thanks for inspiring us! Way to go Megan. I have been thinking that you looked like that you had been loosing weight for a while now.
Way to go. Its so easy to put it on but so hard to get it off! So very proud of you and your committment to a healthier, you. I also wanted to comment that your picture updates are fabulous. I struggle also. Lost 20 lbs but am now at a plateau. Guess exercise would help but finding the time is sometimes very hard so I just walk the dog more plus he needs to lose also. Do it now because as you get older it gets much harder.
Most of my gain came after the age of 36 after a total hysterectomy and has really been hard for me to lose. I am now 56 and its even harder for me to do. So keep up the good work. Hi Megan, congratulations. Well that really hit me I went to a weight clinic and by December I had lost 50 pounds and as of today I have lost a total of 65 pounds.
